LFW

Here is a roundup of my favourite street style looks from London Fashion Week. I was lucky enough to be in London on Saturday to visit some exhibitions (more about them in my next blog post) so managed to get a good look round Somerset House and take in the atmosphere.

Chloé Perfume

I have been wearing the Chloé perfume on and off ever since it came out but haven't owned a bottle in a while so when it came to my birthday last week it was on my list. The second bottle (the amber coloured one) is the original Chloé classique perfume, which is the one I received, this was the perfume my mum wore when she was younger and even on her wedding day.

Then this weekend whilst shopping I saw these My Little Chloés and could not resist the cute (more importantly, handbag) size; I bought the rose scented one. I always favour a floral perfume but find that Chloé is one of the only ones that I can still smell on my skin by the end of the day.

I have pictured the perfumes with other favourites and past bottles, I always keep them as I think they make a nice decoration for the mantle piece in my room.

Chanel Autumn/ Winter 2014/2015

The Chanel Autumn/Winter 2014/2015 collection was only shown this morning but already I have seen countless photos, instagrams, tweets and blog posts about it. The fashion world has literally gone crazy for this collection and its easy to see why. Chanel is no beginner to extreme settings; past examples include a 265 tonne iceberg imported from Sweden, a 12 meter long golden lion and a giant merry go round decorated with Chanel details in place of horses. However this collection has really set people into a frenzy due to the quantity and attention to detail; every single item has specially designed Chanel packaging.

All this excitement and this is before even looking at the actual clothes. The collection was very much a continuation of the last a lot more relaxed than previous collections (looks included leggings and trainers) however the boucle and pearls are still omnipresent adding that Chanel timeless classic appeal.

Hobbs Lookbook

Crazy about the blue suit and white dress and coat combo.

Whistles Lookbook

Obsessed with the new Whistles lookbook for their spring/summer 2014 campaign. The campaign (like many this year) is heavily influenced by the nineties, everything from the hair, the makeup and even the tint on the photographs, it's perfect! Favourites include the silver foil patchwork top and the white rucksack.
